As per by-laws of the Foundation, the Board of the Foundation (le conseil de fondation) appoints the Board of Management (le comité de gestion) in order for them to represent the Foundation in daily life of the organisation.
The Board of the Foundation nominates an Internal Audit Body to make sure the management staff are abiding by the country's laws and the organisation's by-laws in force as well as goals and visions of NGD Foundation.
The Board of the Foundation hires an Auditor; a neutral person (individual or company) to carry external audits of the organisation.
